Rumours surrounding the Samsung Galaxy S24 series are all over the place. Reports are doing rounds that Samsung might unveil the S24 series on January 17th, 2024. Now, ahead of the announcement, the Samsung Galaxy S24 and S24 Ultra Korean variants have appeared on Geekbench. The listings reveal some key hardware specifications.

Samsung Galaxy S24, S24 Ultra appear on Geekbench

• As per the Geekbench listing, as spotted by MySmartPrice, the Samsung Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Ultra will bear model numbers SM-S921N and SM-S928N.
• This comes after the Samsung Galaxy S24+ Korean variant was spotted on the benchmarking platforma few days ago.
• The Samsung Galaxy S24 has managed to score 2,051 points in the single-core round and 6,204 points in the multi-core test segment.
• The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra has scored 2,214 in the single-core segment and 6,744 in the multi-core round.

• The vanilla Samsung Galaxy S24 Geekbench listing shows Android 14 OS, and 8GB RAM (but there could be other options at launch). The motherboard section suggests the handset will be powered by the Exynos 2400 SoC with a clock speed of 3.21GHz.
• The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Geekbench listing suggests the flagship would come with 12GB RAM and Android 14 OS.
• The motherboard section of the S24 Ultra’s Geekbench listing suggests the flagship will get the overclocked Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with a clock speed of 3.40GHz.

The Geekbench listing reiterates the report that the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will get an overclocked version of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 irrespective of the region. While the Galaxy S24 and S24+ will also get the Exynos 2400 variant in select regions and this probably includes India.

• Display: The Samsung Galaxy S24 is expected to sport a 6.1-inch FHD+ display. While the S24 Ultra could get a large 6.8-inch WQHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos.
• Processor: The S24 Ultra could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with Adreno GPU. The S24 might get the Exynos 2400 version.
• OS: The handsets are expected to run on Android 14-based One UI custom skin out of the box.
• Cameras: The S24 Utlra could feature a quad-camera setup, with a200MP primary camera, a 12MP Sony IMX564 ultra-wide camera, and a 10MP Sony IMX754+ telephoto lens that offers 3x optical zoom.
• Battery: The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra could pack a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. While the standard model could get only 25W charging support.
