- OPPO has revealed that the upcoming Find X7 series will bring the Sony LYT-900as the main camera. This is a 1-inch camera sensor and should be able to capture more light because of the larger size, and thereby offer more dynamic range. The company’s poster teasing the camera highlights these benefits too.

- In the poster shared on Weibo, OPPO claims the Sony LYT-900 sensor will endow an “advanced process”, “stronger photosensitivity”, “higher purity”, and “greater dynamic range”.
Sony recently announced this 1-inch sensor with 50MP resolution, and each pixel measures 1.6μm. Thanks to the underlying stacked CMOS technology, the sensor has larger physical diodes to capture more light. The low-light photos should particularly benefit from this. From some past rumours, we had already heard the forthcoming OPPO flagship will come equipped with this Sony sensor. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is also tipped to come with this sensor. - Cameras:The rumour is that there will be an OPPO Find X7 and an OPPO Find X7 Ultra and no Find X7 Pro version this time around. The Find X7 Ultra could be the one with the 50MP Sony LYT-900 primary camera. It could be coupled with a 50MP ultrawide lens, a 50MP Sony IMX890 3x optical periscope zoom lens and a 50MP 6x optical periscope zoom lens.Meanwhile, the vanilla Find X7 could sport a 50MP Sony LYT808 sensor, a 50MP ultrawide snapper, and a 64MP 3x optical zoom shooter.
The front camera on both phones could be a 32MP sensor.
- Display:OPPO Find X7 series could come with a 2K curved screen with high-frequency PWM dimming support.

An alleged poster has leaked ahead of the OPPO Find X7 series launch, revealing the possible design of the top-end model including a big round camera island and leather finish on the back. From a different source, the camera specifications of the phones have also surfaced. So, let’s quickly catch up on the latest batch of Find X7 leaks.
OPPO Find X7 design (leaked)
OPPO Find X7 series continues with a massive camera island on the back of the phone just like its predecessor. However, there are some changes as per the leaked poster shared by Max Jambor:
- theposition of the lenses has been altered
- the Hasselblad logois just an H here
- the flashlight lensis outside the island and
- the leather portionof the dual-tone finish is curved below the camera island
The front of the phone, most probably, has a punch-hole cutout and slim bezels. We shall know that in future leaks.
