OPPO Reno 11 series ColorOS 14: what to expect

  • The ColorOS 14 Aquamorphic Designbrings new sound effects, ringtones, colour combinations, and UI elements.
  • You get a new GO Green Always On Display, showing a pedometer counting your steps and the resulting savings in carbon footprint.
  • Smart Touch is a new feature that lets you crop and cut out a portion of the image and paste it elsewhere.
  • File Dock is also a new tool to store content instances and share them across apps. It will be present within the Sidebar on the ColorOS homescreen.
  • Picture Keeper is the name of the improved permission manager for images and videos.
  • The underlying performance has also been optimized from the processor, memory and storage standpoint.

As for the phones in question, the Reno 11 Pro is confirmed to get a Natural Aesthetic Design, 32MP selfie portrait camera, 80W SuperVOOC charging, and MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. The Reno 11 meanwhile could come with MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset and 67W SuperVOOC support. The phones are set to launch on January 11th.

OPPO Reno 11 5G series is launching in India on January 11th. There will be the vanilla Reno 11 and the Reno 11 Pro model. OPPO Reno 11 5G series design

Like the China model, the Reno 11 India also has a large oblong camera island and its triple rear cameras are sitting within two sections of this island. The difference, however, is that in the Indian edition, the top section houses only one camera (likely the main one), and the bottom portion has the other two lenses. In the Chinese variant, two lenses sit in the top compartment and the bottom one has one lens.

The camera placement is the same in

the case of the Pro model. Now, we are not aware if the internal camera hardware itself is different in both these models.
