POCO X6 series goes on sale in India today: check price, specs and availability details

The POCO X6 series launched in India last week as the brand’s latest premium mid-range phones. The POCO X6 Pro is also the first in India to launch with the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset, and Xiaomi HyperOS. The POCO X6 series also comes with up to 12GB of RAM, 64MP camera, 67W fast charging and more.

POCO X6 series sale in India

• The POCO X6 series sale in India is scheduled to take place at 12 noon today. It will go on sale exclusively via Flipkart. The smartphones have been up for pre-booking on the e-commerce platform.
• There’s a discount of Rs 2,000 on ICIC Bank credit and debit cards and EMI transactions. Buyers can also avail an exchange bonus of up to Rs 2,000 on purchasing the POCO X6 or X6 Pro.
• POCO X6 starts at Rs 21,999for the 8GB + 256GB variant, while the 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at Rs 24,999.
• POCO X6 Pro comes in two variants of 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB priced at Rs 26,999and Rs 28,999, respectively.
• POCO X6 colours:Snowstorm White and Mirror Black.
• POCO X6 Pro colours:Racing Grey, Spectre Black, and POCO Yellow

• Display:The POCO X6 series features a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, 1800 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass protection. The vanilla POCO X6 gets Gorilla Glass Victus though.
• Processor:POCO X6 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra processor, while the POCO X6 comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset.
• RAM and storage:Both phones come in two variants: 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB.
• Cameras:The same triple camera system is available on both the phones. This includes a 64MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. There’s a 16MP front-facing camera.
• Battery, charging:Both phones come with 67W fast charging support but the POCO X6 Pro packs a 5,000mAh battery, while the POCO X6 gets a slightly bigger 5,100mAh.
• Software:POCO X6 Pro ships with Xiaomi’s new HyperOS based on Android 14. POCO X6 comes with MIUI 14 based on Android 13.
• Other features:The POCO X6 series also comes with an IP54 rating, an in-display fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, IR blaster.

• The company has already revealed that the phones will be available on Flipkart among other outlets. Their official India price will be revealed during the launch event, so stay tuned for that.
• As per a leaked Amazon UAElisting, the POCO X6 Pro with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage could be priced at AED 1,299 (around Rs 29,469).
