Brand Honor made its comeback in India last year with the Honor 90 smartphone thanks to a licensing deal with HTech, an Indian company that is set to manufacture and sell Honor phones in the country. The Honor 90 was launched with a price tag of Rs 37,999. Less than 6 months later, this smartphone can be bought for as low as Rs 20,000 during the ongoing Amazon Great Republic Day sale.

Honor 90 5g price drops below Rs. 20,000 on Amazon

Amazon’s Great Republic Day has started a day early for Prime members, and a major offer is available on the Honor 90 smartphone at the sale event. Here’s what it is.

  • Honor 90 is availableat a discounted price of Rs. 28,999 for the 8/256GB variant and Rs. 30,999 for the 12/512GB variant.
  • On top of this, Amazon is offering a Rs. 6,000 coupon discount, which brings the flat sale price down to Rs. 22,999 and Rs. 24,999 for the two variants.
  • Further, SBI card users get various discounts, with the maximum discount available on Credit Card EMI of up to Rs. 3,750.
  • This brings the price of the phone down to Rs. 19,249 for its base variant.
  • There is no charger in the box, but the brand provides a 30W adapter for free through Amazon itself.

The device is receiving its second major discount after the Diwali season. But it is the first time it has been down below Rs. 20,000, a price tag that might be too good for all the device offers. Here are the specifications of the phone. Honor 90 specifications, features

  • RAM and storage:It comes in 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM along with 256GB and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage, respectively.
  • Cameras:The triple rear camera system includes a 200MP primary sensor, 12MP ultra-wide macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. 50MP front camera for selfies.
  • Battery, charging:The device houses a 5,000mAh battery.
  • Software:Honor 90 ships with MagicOS 7.1 based on Android 13.
  • Colours: The phone is available in Diamond Silver, Emerald Green, and Midnight Black.
  • The HTech CEO teased the upcoming Honor X9b through a short video showing him unboxing the device.
  • While he hasn’t explicitly mentioned the name of the phone, the design suggests it is the Honor X9b.
  • The executive also offers a sneak peek at the phone, which has a large circular module on the back panel.
  • We can see the handset featuring triple cameras and an LED flash. There is also ‘Matrix AI Vision Camera’ text engraved. The circular camera module has a gold ring.
  • The back panel has curved edges. The volume rocker and power buttons are on the right edge.
  • The Honor X9b can be seen in Black colour but there could be other options at launch.
  • However, the Honor 90 5Gtop executive hasn’t shared any timeline for the launch or any other details about the phone at the moment.
