Now, while we wait for the launch, the design outline has been revealed, courtesy of DigitalChatStation.

iQOO Neo 9 series design revealed

• The tipster DigitalStation has revealed the schematics of the iQOO Neo 9 and this shows the design outline.
• We can see a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie shooter, flat edges and narrow bezels.

• The volume rocker and power button are on the right edge.
• The back panel of the phone has a dual-tone design, where the left edge houses two large modules to house at least triple camera sensors and an LED flash.
• The phone should be available in multiple colour options.

DigitalChatStation says the iQOO Neo 9 series will have a 6.78-inch display with narrow bezels. The plastic frame will be replaced by a metallic chassis, as per the tipster. The texture is also claimed to have been improved further and the performance is also tipped to be the main focus.

• The vanilla iQOO Neo 9 is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The Pro model could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC.

• The phones come with an FHD+ AMOLED display, probably a 120Hz refresh rate, and a punch-hole cutout.

TheiQOO Neo 9 series is currently in the works with at least two phones are expected. iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro were spotted on the IMEI database recently, and now the alleged camera specifications of the Pro version have been leaked online.

• According to the tipster Digital Chat Station, an unnamed iQOO phone will featurethe Sony IMX920 50MP primary camera It’s a 1.49-inch image sensor. The phone’s name hasn’t been specified but since the iQOO Neo 9 series in the pipeline, it could come with the Pro model. The Vivo X100 is also expected to feature the same camera.
• There aren’t much details revealed yet about the iQOO Neo 9 series but the launch is expected to take place in December. According to the IMEI database, the iQOO Neo 9 and iQOO Neo 9 Pro have the model numbers V2338A and V2339A, respectively. The iQOO Neo 9 is also tipped to come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, while the Neo 9 Pro will get the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset.
