OnePlus 12 live images give us a real-life look at the device ahead of tomorrow’s launch, more features confirmed

  • OnePlus is launching tomorrow in China and today, we have the live images of the device out in the wild in two of its colours. In a different set of leaked photos, we also get to see its key specslike the likely memory options, the underlying software, the screen size and the battery size.

·        OnePlus 12 real-life images (leaked)

  • OnePlus 12shows up in white and green (Flowy Emerald) colours. The company’s China president Mr Li Jie Louis has shared these images on Weibo.
  • The photos retell us about OnePlus’s Hasselblad partnership, its triple rear camera setup, and that design, which is a touch different from the OnePlus 11.

The other group of leaked OnePlus live images shows the model in question (PJD110) has ColorOS 14.0 software, a 5,400mAh battery, a 6.82-inch screen, a 32MP front camera, a 50MP+48MP+64MP triple cameras on the back, and 24GB RAM+ 1TB storage.   • Ahead of the launch, the company has confirmedthe OnePlus 12 will come with an IP65 dust and water rating, which is a step up from what the predecessor – the OnePlus 11 – offered (IP64).
  • The phone has aUSB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, upgraded from the USB 2.0 on last year’s model.
  • The company also reveals that under the hood, the phone has a 5,400mAh batterywith 99.5% discharge efficiency, which means the battery health will stay intact after 1,600 charging cycles or 4 years of use. On a single charge, it can last for 1.79 days in regular use.
  • This is coupled with 100W wired charging and 50W wireless chargingbacked by SUPERVOOC S power management chipset. It would take about 26 minutes in the case of wired and 55 minutes in the case of wireless to fill the tank.

  • OnePlus 12 is launching in China on December 5th.
  • The brand has been teasing its upcoming flagship, and it has now revealed key specs about the phone.

  • OnePlus flagships have always missed out on one key feature — wireless charging. This is going to change with the upcoming OnePlus as it has been confirmed to come with wireless charging capabilities. In addition to this information, OnePlus  camera specifications were also revealed by the brand.

·        OnePlus 12 wireless charging

  • OnePlus China president Li Jie shareda post on Weibo revealing key details about the OnePlus 12. Here, he confirmed that the OnePlus  will come with wireless charging capabilities. Details weren’t revealed although rumours have suggested that the OnePlus  will come with 50W wireless charging support.

·        OnePlus 12 camera specifications confirmed

  • In another post, Jie shared details about the OnePlus  camera setup.

This is the same camera setup though, that we’ve seen on the OnePlus Open and OPPO Find N3. But the OnePlus  is expected to offer more in terms of quality. OnePlus  will also feature OPPO’s self-developed “Super Light and Shadow Image Engine” technology. And the cameras will be Hasselblad powered as well. OnePlus  was also officially revealed yesterday through images of the phone’s design and colour options. This time, the alert slider has been moved to the left side of the phone. OnePlus colour options include green, white, and black. There might be one with a wooden back as well. OnePlus will come with a glass back, the same giant camera module, and a central punch-hole display. OnePlus is scheduled to launch on December 5th. The smartphone is expected to launch globally and in India on January 24th.
