Realme 12 Pro series appears on MIIT certification, reveals complete design

Realme India has started teasing the launch of a new smartphone in the country. Speculations are rife that it could be the Realme 12 series and the top-end version will have a periscope lens. The Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+ 5G have been spotted on the TDRA certification, confirming the phones’ marketing names. Now, they have appeared on the MIIT certification

Realme 12 Pro series bags TDRA and MIIT certifications

• The Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ TDRA certification confirms the marketing names of the phones.
• Two Realme phones with model numbers: RMX3841 and RMX3843 have bagged the MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) certification, as spotted by MySmartPrice.

• These phones are believed to be the Realme 12 Pro series and reveal the design.
• The MIIT certification confirms the Realme phone will sport a punch-hole cutout in the centre to house the selfie camera.
• The listing suggests the phones will be equipped with curved AMOLED displays similar to the predecessor.
• The power button and volume rocker buttons are placed on the right side of the phone. While the left edge has a SIM card tray.
• We see a large circular camera island on the back panel, similar to the Realme 11 Pro series. The back panel of the phone has a leather finish, with a gold strip in the middle.

• The Realme 12 Pro seriescircular camera island on the back panel teases 20x digital zoom capabilities. The Realme 12 Pro+ 5G is rumoured to come with a periscope telephoto camera sensor. The phones are expected to sport a plastic middle frame.
• The Realme 12 Pro+ is rumoured to be equipped with a 64MP OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The handset will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, as exclusively revealed by 91mobiles.
• The vanilla Realme 12 Pro 5G is rumoured to come with theRealme 12 Pro series Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. The handset is rumoured to sport a 32MP Sony IMX709 telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom.
• • The GT 5 Pro might feature more brightness than the upcoming OnePlus 12.

  Realme GT 5 Pro launch date is yet to be announced. However, ahead of that, several leaks and speculations about the Realme GT 5 Pro have been making the rounds of the internet for the past few days. In the meantime, the company has disclosed some important information, including the phone’sRealme 12 Pro series screen brightness and how iRealme 12 Pro seriest manages heat.

   

  Realme GT 5 Pro display, heat dissipation system details

  • On Weibo, the company has confirmed that the upcoming Realme GT 5 Pro phone will come with a peak brightness of 3000 nits.
  • It must be noted that the OnePlus 12 was recently tippedto offer a peak brightness of 2,600 nits. Therefore, it looks like the Realme GT 5 Pro will feature more brightness than the upcoming OnePlus 12.
  • On the other hand, the company has stated that the Realme GT 5 Pro will have a heat dissipation system with a surface area of about 10,000 mm2 for better performance.
  • Heat dissipation is how heat moves away from where it’s coming from and goes into the air or surroundings. As per reports, this happens through three ways – conduction, radiation, and convection.

  • Display:The Realme GT 5 Pro series is expected to have a high-quality 1.5K curved AMOLED screen with a fast 144Hz refresh rate and slightly curved edges.
  • Chipset:The Realme 12 Pro seriesupcoming phone will be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip with an Adreno GPU.
  • Cameras:The cRealme 12 Pro seriesamera setup may include a 50MP Sony Lytia LYT808 main camera, a 50MP IMX890 telephoto lens, and an OmniVision OV08D10 ultra-wide-angle lens.
