The Xiaomi 14 series debuted last October as the first phones to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The flagship series includes two phones — Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro. An Ultra variant is also slated to launch soon but there’s no launch date confirmed yet. Now, alleged hands-on images of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra have surfaced online.

• The hands-on imagesshow the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s cameras being tested out. It’s a bulky one with a protective casing around it suggesting that this is a prototype model.
• The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is also spotted with a periscope telephoto lens according to the leaked images.
• Alongside the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is the Xiaomi 14 Pro, and both are seen being tested out for different camera samples.
• We can’t say much about the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s design because of the protective case but it does look bigger than the Pro model.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra is tipped to launch in Q1 this year. There’s no official launch date yet but we’re expecting to see the Ultra model soon. After debuting the Xiaomi 14 series and Redmi K70 series in China, the next flagship from the brand could be the Ultra. This is expected to debut around Q1 next year. • A previous leak suggested that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will pack a large battery in comparison to the predecessor, the  The  packs a 5,000mAh battery cell.

• The 5,180mAh battery will be supported by 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
• DCS previously claims that the device will bring support for variable aperture as opposed to dual aperture on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
• The phone is also tipped to feature various focal lengths, including 0.5x, 1x, 3.2x and 5x.
