iQOO Neo 7 price slashed in India again: should you buy at the new price?

iQOO Neo 7 launched in India last year in February at a starting price of Rs 29,999. iQOO reduced the price of the Neo 7 by Rs 2,000 in September. The mid-range phone’s price has been slashed yet again. The price cut comes shortly before the iQOO Neo 9 Pro launch in India. Here’s how much the iQOO Neo 7 costs in India, and whether you should buy it.
iQOO Neo 7 price cut in India
- The base model of iQOO Neo 7 has received a price cut of Rs 3,000, while the high-end model has been reduced by Rs 4,000.
- After the price cut, the iQOO Neo 7 8GB + 128GB variant costs Rs 24,999, while the 12GB + 256GB model has a price tag of Rs 27,999.
- You can purchase the iQOO Neo 7 from the company’s online store, Flipkart, Amazon and retail outlets.
- The smartphone comes in two colour options of Interstellar Black and Frost Blue.

The iQOO Neo 7 is almost a year old now so there is doubt about whether you should go for the phone or not. But considering the price cut, you can think of buying the iQOO Neo 7. - iQOO is launching its next set of products in China on December 27th.
- The iQOO Neo 9 series will be unveiled at the event.
- iQOO will also launch its first smartwatch, the iQOO Watch, on the same day.
- After successfully launching their flagship iQOO 12 in India last week, the company is now set to unveil their upcoming premium mid-rangers, the iQOO Neo 9 series, in China on December 27th. In a bunch of teasers, the company also confirmed the first iQOO Watch would also launch at the same event, alongside the iQOO TWS 1e. 91mobiles had exclusively revealedthe design of the wearables last week, and the renders showcased by iQOO are pretty much in line.
· iQOO Neo 9 series launch date, chipset revealed
- Besides announcing December 27th as the iQOO Neo 9 series launch date, the company has also revealed that the series would comprise two models (as expected) – the iQOO Neo 9 and the iQOO Neo 9 Pro. The Vivo sub-brand has also confirmed the chipsets, storage variants and colour options of the two phones.
- The iQOO Neo 9 will boast of Qualcomm’s former flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
- Meanwhile, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro will pack the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. Interestingly, the Vivo X100 series has been confirmed to be the first set of phones to bring this processor to India, when they launch in the country next month. The phone appeared on AnTuTu recently, crossing 2.3 million.
- The iQOO Neo 9 series will get Blue, Black, Red colour variants, the official names of which are yet to be revealed.
- The iQOO Neo 9 series are tipped to come in 12GB/256GB, 16GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB and 16GB/1TB storage variants.
- The iQOO Neo 9 series follows the iQOO Neo 8 series which launched in China in May this year and is yet to come to India. Meanwhile, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro launched in India in July this year as the first ‘Pro’ model in the Neo lineup.
iQOO Watch, iQOO TWS 1e launch confirmed
We get to see the first official look of the first-ever iQOO Watch. As revealed by us earlier, the Watch is visible in a Black colour option with silicone straps, a rounded dial and a crown placed at an angle on the right edge. Below that, we see a button which could be haptic. As revealed earlier, the iQOO Watch 3 seems to be based on the Vivo Watch 3 but has a distinguished watch-face Meanwhile, the iQOO TWS 1e are seen with their black and white cases and seem to be a rebrand of the Vivo’s TWS 3e. The black colour option has an inner yellow casing though.
