OnePlus 12 is set to launch globally and in India on January 23rd alongside the OnePlus 12R. The flagship originally landed in China a while ago. The OnePlus 12R is believed to be a rebrand of the OnePlus Ace 3, which launched in China recently. While we wait for the official announcement, the standard OnePlus 12 has been spotted on the Google Play-supported devices List. This comes after it appeared on the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) certification websites.
OnePlus 12 appears on the Google Play Supported Devices list
- The flagship appeared on the Google Play Supported devices list, as spotted by MySmartPrice, with the model number PJD110.
- The listing doesn’t reveal any key specifications of the phone
- Earlier today, the OnePlus 12 was spotted on Bluetooth SIG certification with the model numbers CPH2581, CPH2583, and CPH2573.
- These could be regional variants of the phone.
- The listing reveals the phone will feature Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity and boot OxygenOS 14.0 custom skin

- Display:The OnePlus 12 flaunts a 82-inch QHD+ 2K OLED LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 4,500 nits of peak brightness, punch-hole cutout, and HDR10+.
- Chipset:The OnePlus phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with Adreno GPU.
- RAM and Storage: The handset packs up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The internal storage may not be further expandable.
- Battery:There is a 5,400mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support.
- Rear camera:The handset features a 50MP Sony LYT-808 OIS main camera, a 48MP Sony IMX581 ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64MP OV64B periscope lens with 3x telephoto zoom lens.

OnePlus 12R spotted on FCC website
- OnePlus 12R has been spotted on the US FCC certification website with the model number CPH2611.
- The FCC listing doesn’t reveal much about the phone’s specs but it contains live images revealing its design.
- According to the live images, the OnePlus 12R will feature a design quite similar to its predecessor, the OnePlus 11R. The large camera module is visible at the back sitting against a square panel. It’s a triple camera setup alongside an LED flash.
- OnePlus 12R is also seen with a curved display and a centrally aligned punch-hole camera.
- The images also reveal the volume keys and power button on the right, and alert slider on the left.
- If we compare it to the OnePlus Ace 3, the design is similar, at least for the black colour variant. OnePlus Ace 3 comes in two more colour options of Blue and Gold.
OnePlus 12R specs
OnePlus has so far confirmed the 12R will pack a 5,500mAh battery, and feature a 4th-gen LTPO display panel. As for the rest of the specs, we can make an assumption based on the OnePlus Ace 3 specs.

- Battery, charging:5,500mAh battery with 100W wired charging support.
- Cameras:50MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, 2MP macro sensor, 16MP selfie camera.
OnePlus Ace 3 is priced at 2,599 yuan (Rs 30,200 approx) for the base model in China. Pricing for global markets and India will be different, and we’ll find out once the device lands here. But it’s very likely that we are seeing the OnePlus Ace 3 launch as the OnePlus 12R in India.
