OPPO Find X7 hands-on videos reveal complete design ahead of launch

Amid several leaks and speculations about the OPPO Find X7, new videos have emerged online that showcases the complete design of the phone. Not only that, the videos also highlight the colour variants of the upcoming phone. It is worth mentioning that OPPO has already unveiled the phone’s launch date and design through teaser images.

OPPO Find X7 design, display details via hands-on videos

• The leaked video (viaMSP) for the OPPO Find X7 confirms the presence of a curved AMOLED screen.
• Contrary to expectations from previous teaser videos, the leaked video suggests that the camera bump on the upcoming phone may not be as prominent.

• The videos showcase the four colour variants of the OPPO Find X7.
• The dual-tone colour scheme includes a leather finish for the Sea and Sky, as well as Desert Moon models, while the Smokey Purple and Starry Sky Black variants will have a glossy finish.

• It is worth noting that the OPPO Find X7 series is set to launch on January 8th in China, which will likely include the Find X7, Find X7 Pro, and Find X7 Ultra. Additionally, the company has confirmed a collaboration with Hasselblad for the phone’s camera features. Notably, OPPO chose not to release the Find X6 Series outside of China in the preceding year.

Sony recently announced this 1-inch sensor with 50MP resolution, and each pixel measures 1.6μm. Thanks to the underlying stacked CMOS technology, the sensor has larger physical diodes to capture more light. The low-light photos should particularly benefit from this. From some past rumours, we had already heard the forthcoming OPPO flagship will come equipped with this Sony sensor. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is also tipped to come with this sensor. • Cameras:The rumour is that there will be an  and an OPPO Find X7 Ultra and no Find X7 Pro version this time around. The Find X7 Ultra could be the one with the 50MP Sony LYT-900 primary camera. It could be coupled with a 50MP ultrawide lens, a 50MP Sony IMX890 3x optical periscope zoom lens and a 50MP 6x optical periscope zoom lens.Meanwhile, the vanilla Find X7 could sport a 50MP Sony LYT808 sensor, a 50MP ultrawide snapper, and a 64MP 3x optical zoom shooter.The front camera on both phones could be a 32MP sensor.
• Display:OPPO Find X7 series could come with a 2K curved screen with high-frequency PWM dimming support.
• Software:It could ship with ColorOS based on Android 14.
• Processor:ThFind X7 Ultra could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and the standard Find X7 could bear a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chip inside.
